Your entire support operation in a single queue

Website chat, WhatsApp and email land in the same queue, carrying the same customer's history. Our Agent Ava resolves the repetitive work and hands off to a person with the context ready. Your team follows tickets, deadlines and satisfaction without switching tools.

Does your customer change channel and have to explain everything again?

  • They messaged on WhatsApp yesterday and email today — and whoever picks it up has no idea what was already agreed.
  • Each channel in a different dashboard: somebody has to remember to check them all, and one always slips.
  • With no deadline and no owner, the urgent request becomes a forgotten tab — you find out when the customer complains.
  • The good answer lives in one person's head. They go on holiday and the whole team is improvising again.

Why choose Your entire support operation in a single queue

One queue, with the history alongside

Website chat, WhatsApp and email arrive in the same place and the reply goes back through the original channel. The system recognises the same person even when they switch channel — so nobody asks the customer to repeat what they already said.

Our Agent Ava resolves and hands off with context

She answers from the knowledge you published, opens a ticket when needed and stops when policy says to call a person. On handoff, that person receives the summary, the customer's intent and the next step — not a blank screen.

Deadline, priority and owner in sight

Every conversation becomes a ticket with an owner, a priority and an SLA clock. You see what is about to breach before it breaches, and at the end the satisfaction survey goes out on its own — the CSAT that shows whether the customer was genuinely happy.

Help center and customer portal

Your articles published by language, with a search that understands the question. Whoever prefers to solve it alone does; whoever can't opens a ticket there and follows it through a secure link, no password. What the team resolves becomes an article suggestion — always as a draft, for you to review.

How it works

  1. 1

You connect the first channel — website chat, WhatsApp or email — and conversations start landing in a single queue.

  2. 2

If you use Zendesk or Intercom today, bring the whole history over: contacts, conversations, attachments and articles come in with the original dates, without duplicating.

  3. 3

You publish the knowledge Our Agent Ava may use and set how far she goes on her own and when she must call a person.

  4. 4

Your team starts working by ticket with a deadline and an owner — and the scoreboard shows volume, backlog, SLA, satisfaction and what the AI resolved.

Use cases

  • E-commerce and retail — orders, returns and delivery answered on whichever channel the customer prefers, with their history at hand.
  • Service with a calendar — rescheduling and operational questions resolved on the spot, without tying up whoever is serving in person.
  • A company that lives on WhatsApp — it leaves one person's phone and becomes a team queue, with an owner and a deadline.
  • Anyone already on Zendesk or Intercom — bring the whole history over and stop paying for seats you don't use.
  • A small team with big volume — Our Agent Ava absorbs the repetitive work and the team handles what needs a person.
Meet the specialist

Our Agent Ava works the queue alongside your team

Our Agent Ava is AutoAgencia's AI support agent. She stays in the queue around the clock answering from the knowledge you published, opens a ticket when a topic needs follow-up, and hands over to a person with the summary ready whenever policy requires it. She never invents an answer: if it isn't in the knowledge you reviewed, she calls a human. And on the other side she's also your team's copilot — she drafts the reply and the agent decides.

FAQ

What is OmniDeskSuite?

It's your company's support desk. Website chat, WhatsApp and email land in a single queue, carrying the same customer's history — no matter which channel they used last time. Our Agent Ava resolves the repetitive requests, and when a person is needed she hands the conversation over with the summary ready. Your team follows everything by ticket, with owner, priority and deadline in plain sight.

Do I have to switch every channel at once?

No. You connect one channel, test the flow calmly and turn the others on later. The history already captured stays there — nothing is lost when you add a new channel.

Does Our Agent Ava reply to my customers without any control from me?

No. You choose which channels she works in, what she may say, which knowledge is published, how much she may resolve per month, and the point where she must call a person. When in doubt she doesn't invent: she hands off. And every answer she gives comes from knowledge you reviewed.

Can I bring my history over from Zendesk or Intercom?

Yes. Contacts, conversations, authors, attachments, collections and articles come across preserving the original dates. The import can be paused and resumed, tells you when it finds a conflict and never duplicates what already came in. Every imported article arrives as a draft — nothing becomes public without your review.

What do SLA and CSAT mean in practice?

SLA is the clock on your commitment: you set how long the first reply and the resolution may take, and the system shows you what is about to breach before it breaches. CSAT is the satisfaction survey that goes out on its own when a conversation is resolved — it's how you find out whether the customer was genuinely satisfied, instead of guessing.

Do my customers need a password to follow a ticket?

No. The customer portal opens from a secure link sent to them — no password to remember, no sign-up. There they see their tickets, reply and follow progress.

Is the help center useful for people who don't want to talk to anyone?

It is, and that's a good share of the volume. The help center publishes your articles by language, with a search that understands the question instead of just matching a word. Whoever prefers to solve it alone does; whoever can't opens a ticket right there, with the context already attached.

How much does it cost and is there a lock-in?

Three plans: Start ($179.00/mo, 3 agents), Growth ($419.00/mo, 10 agents) and Scale ($929.00/mo, unlimited agents). All of them include the complete product — channels, tickets, SLA, CSAT, help center, portal, reports and migration. You change plans whenever you like without losing data, and there is no lock-in.
