Do I have to leave Booking and Airbnb?
No. StayConvert takes care of the channel that is yours: your own website. Whoever arrives from Google, Instagram, or a referral books directly with you, with no commission. The OTAs keep bringing whatever volume they bring today — the difference is that a direct booking stops being a thread of messages and becomes a paid reservation.
How does the guest pay?
You connect YOUR business's account — Mercado Pago or Stripe — and the money lands straight in it; AutoAgency never sits in the middle of the payment. You can charge the full stay, a deposit only, or collect on arrival. An unpaid booking stays held as a pre-reservation and expires on its own if nobody pays, so the unit isn't blocked for nothing.
I already use another booking system. Do I lose my history?
No. There's an import that brings units, rates, guests, and bookings over from your previous system — future ones included, so the calendar is right from day one. You review everything before opening the booking engine to the public.
